Requirements

Academic qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline

Knowledge, skills and experiences:

• 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in HR, with at least 4 years in recruitment, solid experience in recruitment agent is preferredExperience leading high volume recruitment activityExperience running competency-based and technical interviews and using other assessment and selection toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in both English and MandarinStrong influencing skills and stakeholder engagement and management abilityStrong planning skills with high attention to detailHigh energy and motivational styleStrong cultural sensitivity and respectEfficient and able to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
